Prices
All prices are specified in Euros, however, you may pay in Sterling at the prevailing rate on the days that you pay.
Deposits
A deposit of 30% of your full holiday price is required on confirmation of your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. In the event of a booking within 8 weeks of the start date then full payment will be required on confirmation of the booking.
Villas and Residences also require separate deposits. For Villas the deposits are paid to us and returnable 2 weeks after you return from your holiday. For Residences the deposits are paid on-site. We recommend that you use sterling as that way you will not need to exchange currencies on your return. Current deposits are €300/£200.
Payment Methods
We accept two methods of payment:
• By cheque payable to Location Sardinia Ltd
• By bank transfer to our account. We will provide account details when we confirm the cost of your holiday.
Included in the price
Each of our products specifies exactly what is included in the price. Please make sure that you read the details carefully before purchase.
Excluded from the price
If something is not mentioned as being included then it should be assumed to be NOT included, however, some items are specifically mentioned as excluded or extras to avoid any misunderstanding.
Special Requests
For most of our activities and accommodation we can cater for special dietary or medical requirements and disabled people. In some instances, however, this may incur extra costs which we will make clear on confirmation of the price.
